Who we are
VeriShare, LLC ("VeriShare," "we," "us") is an AI consulting and workflow automation practice based in San Diego, CA. You can reach us at hello@veri-share.com.
What we collect
When you fill out the contact form on this website, we collect the information you submit: your name, email address, optional company name, and the message you send us. We also collect a hashed version of your IP address to prevent form abuse, and your browser's user agent string.
This website does not use analytics trackers, advertising cookies, or session recording tools. We do not set any cookies beyond what Next.js requires to render the site.
How we use it
We use the information you submit only to respond to your inquiry and follow up on any engagement that results. We do not share, sell, or rent your information to third parties. We do not send marketing emails.
Where it is stored
Contact form submissions are stored in Google Cloud Firestore in the United States. Email notifications are routed through Resend. We use Google Cloud Run to host this website.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete the information you have submitted at any time. Email hello@veri-share.com and we will remove it within a reasonable time frame.
Changes
If we update this policy we will change the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
